The heavier piston, turbo-prop and jet powered aircraft weighing up to 32000 lbs. (14517kg) are too valuable to consider using anything less than the A700 Series Aircraft Jacks from Meyer Hydraulics. For over 55 years, we have been manufacturing aircraft jacks that continue to set the standard for safe, dependable lifting at affordable prices. This Series of professional hydraulic lifting equipment handles airplanes and helicopters with the security and features one should demand in an aircraft jack.


A: INNER SLIDE TUBE - The 3.5" (89mm) diameter powder-coated Tube forms the foundation of the TriTask Aircraft Jack System. The zigzag pattern of 1" (25mm) safety lock-out holes are vertically spaced 1.5" (38mm). The Tube's top has a 1" (25mm) diameter threaded hole designed to receive an AT-JPRn Jacking Point Receiver, a Top-of-the-Jack Load Cell or an AT-EBnnn Extension Bar.
B: POSITIVE SAFETY LOCK - Spring-loaded safety pin "pops" into the Inner Slide Tube and rests on top of the Jack's frame to prevent the accidental lowering of the aircraft.
C: ANTI-SNAG ROUND FRAME TUBE has a 4.5" (114mm) diameter with
a 3.5" (89mm) ID that lowers about .125" (5mm), and uniquely contacts the hanger floor as the aircraft is being lifted.
D: LOW-HEIGHT LEG DESIGN provides maximum gear door clearance. The three legs insure excellent stability with about 47" (120cm) leg-to-leg spread and each leg tip out 27" (68.6cm) from the center of the round frame tube. This provides a minimum of 27" (68.6cm) on one side and 14.5"
(36.8cm) on the other for side-to-side support. Contact Meyer Hydraulics if your gear door clearance is less than 2.375" (60mm) from the center of the aircraft's jacking point.
E: SIX 3" (76mm) SPRING LOADED CASTERS allow easy transporting of the Jack around the hanger without the need for the steel legs to scuff across the floor.
F: TWO ACCESSORY TUBES are provided to allow the operator to put in accessories or tools for on-board storage if desired.
G: LEG FLOOR PADS each provide a 4" x 2" (10x5cm) surface area for load
distribution and to help prevent hanger floor surface damage.

Inner Slide Tubes form the "anchor" of the new TriTask System.

AT-JPRn Jacking Point Receivers
Made of solid steel and powder-coated with a long-lasting yellow finish for easy spotting, these JPR Receivers have been designed to be put into the top of an A600 or A700 Series Aircraft Jack's Inner Slide Tube, an AT-EBnnn Extension Bar or the AT500-CA Conversion Adapter for the A500 Series. The AT-JPR1 is a 1.5" x .187" (38x5mm) pad with a .875" (22mm) round Jacking Point receiving socket. The AT-JPR2 is a little larger with a 1.75" x .375" (44x10mm) pad with a 1.25" (32mm) round receiving socket. Both have a 1" x 1" (25.25mm) round stem.

This optional 2.25" (57mm) round steel
powder-coated Adapter only connects to the A500 Series Inner Slide Tubes and adds .875" (22mm) to the height of the Jack. AT-EB015 thru AT-EB125 Extension Bars Extends the height of the TriTask Jack so technicians can get close to the airplane or helicopter without wasting valuable hydraulic lifting stroke.
AT-EBnnn Extension Bars
Twelve (12) optional 1.75" (44mm) solid steel
powder-coated Extension Bars of various lengths screw into the top of an A600 or A700 Aircraft Jack's Inner Slide Tube or into the AT500-CA Conversion Adapter used on the A500 Series. They extend the height of the Jack 1.5" to 12.5" (38 to 318mm) in 1" (25mm) increments. Both of the AT-JPRn Jacking Point Receivers or a top-of-the-jack aircraft weighing Load Cell can quickly be put into the top non-threaded hole of an
AT-EBnnn Extension Bar. The AT-EBnnn's cannot be used on the A755C and A760A Aircraft Jacks.

from other sources, such as one of our Select Distributors
